Appointment Policy

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until Hydration Haus has confirmed directly with you & received your deposit.
  • If you become sick or have been exposed to COViD prior to your appointment it is your responsibility to cancel your appointment
  • There is no extra fee for service for groups
  • Concierge fee starts at $25


Cancellation Policy

  • All Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment
  • Less than 24-hour notice forfeits the $50.00 deposit
  • Less than 12 hours will be responsible for the full price of services.
